Electronically Controlled Biquadratic Filter and Quadrature Oscillator Using CDTAs

This article presents a current-mode biquadratic filter and quadrature oscillator circuit based on current differencing transconductance amplifiers (CDTAs). The proposed does not require changing the topology. In addition to low-pass filter, high-pass band-pass sinusoidal signal, has pole frequency that can be controlled independently from quality factor, while oscillation non-interactively. impedance with high output directly drive load without using buffer. Furthermore, grounded capacitors function use of external resistors. qualification is ideal for future development integrated circuits (ICs). After PSPICE simulation 90 nm CMOS parameters experiments by commercial ICs, results are consistent theoretical analysis circuit.
